How plans work
- Pay per licensed camera, from 1 to 64 cameras per account. A licensed camera stays billable while it is offline.
- Standard cameras (up to 4MP) and high-resolution cameras (5–8MP) are the same price.
- Longer local recording (14 or 30 days) can be selected when your appliance's storage supports it, at no change to the plan price.
- Continuous cloud recording is coming soon as a separate paid option.
- Existing customers keep their current plan. Nothing changes automatically.
