1. Products and services
ANY AI CAM sells camera-connectivity hardware and provides setup information, referral services, and technical support for compatible existing security-camera systems.
2. Compatibility and customer responsibilities
Compatibility depends on device model, firmware, network configuration, internet access, supported protocols, and administrator credentials. Compatibility guidance is informational and not a guarantee. You are responsible for lawful authority to access, configure, record from, and monitor the cameras involved, and for required surveillance or audio-recording notices and consents.
3. Orders and payment
Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and availability may change before an order is accepted. Payment is processed by a third party.
4. Third-party subscriptions
Cloud storage, AI features, mobile applications, trials, recurring fees, cancellations, and data retention may be provided and billed by a third party under that provider's terms. Unless expressly stated, recurring cloud-service charges are not collected by ANY AI CAM.
5. Cloud ID and security
A Cloud ID may be printed on physical equipment. Keep it secure. ANY AI CAM does not ordinarily send Cloud IDs by email.
6. Support
Support may include automated diagnostics, live chat, email, telephone assistance, documentation, or remote assistance. You remain responsible for backups, network security, passwords, physical installation, and changes made to your system.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the website, products, or services unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious code; impersonate another person; or violate privacy or recording laws.
8. Disclaimers
The website, compatibility guidance, and support materials are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, prevention of crime, recovery of footage, or compatibility with every device or network.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ANY AI CAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost footage, lost profits, business interruption, unauthorized access, or events a camera or alert fails to detect. Direct liability will not exceed the amount paid to ANY AI CAM for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Montgomery County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
