How It Works
ANY AI CAM helps confirm compatibility and camera access, select the correct Videoloft connection option, and guide the system through cloud activation.
ALREADY HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS?
ANY AI CAM starts with what you already own. We help identify whether your system uses IP cameras, an NVR, an analog DVR, or a mixed setup—and explain the most practical path forward.
Our goal is to keep as much of your existing equipment as possible. If your cameras can work with cloud video, we will tell you. If something must be replaced, we will explain why.
No automatic network scan. No password bypass. Any remote review is performed only with your permission and authorized access.
Customer Steps
These are the general steps after you request cloud activation. Final setup depends on your selected path, camera system, recorder, and network.
Videoloft normally needs the administrator username and password for the camera or recorder during the one-time connection process. If those credentials are unavailable, the original installer, a technician, or a manufacturer-approved recovery process may be needed first.
Use the Cloud Setup Wizard to select your camera types, recording preferences, and submit your order request in minutes. No form to fill out - just follow the step-by-step wizard.
Select the Videoloft Cloud Adapter for hardware-based cloud bridging - ideal for NVR/DVR users or systems without direct cloud support.
Order the Cloud Adapter hardware through ANY AI CAM. This is a one-time purchase and is not automatically linked to your cloud account.
ANY AI CAM creates or prepares your dedicated Videoloft cloud account and confirms billing settings for your chosen recording plan (7, 14, or 30-day).
Plug the Cloud Adapter into your network switch, and our team remotely registers it to your account - no user configuration needed.
Your cameras and recorder are now streaming securely to the Videoloft cloud. You'll receive login credentials to view footage from any device.
Camera connection depends on compatibility, existing access, and network conditions. Cloud Adapter hardware is purchased through ANY AI CAM. Cloud recording and subscriptions are handled directly by Videoloft.
Two Ways to Get Started
Both options connect compatible cameras to the same cloud service. The difference is what keeps the connection running.
Use a compatible Windows PC to connect your cameras. The software is free, and the cloud trial is free for 30 days.
Use dedicated hardware that stays connected independently of a laptop or desktop computer.
